great- FUN workout! Skate at your
own pace. Skate for pure cardio. I got ways to Keep track of your laps- they
turn into some BIG miles!
Want a lil more of a ... workout? Grab a Noodle for
some core and some extra lower body toning. Make it a full body workout and grab
some hand weights!
A great FUN way to burn calories!
And... I even take song requests ;) Whoot!
* One Saturday a month we host SaturTot's for the lil' ones and there is no SweatNSkate. Call or check Facebook for dates :)
